UK Forks operate a UK-wide fleet of HGV trucks managed by our in-house transport division

By using measures such as overnight fleet transporters and real-time vehicle tracking, we are able to achieve prompt and realistic delivery times to site.

Upon placing your order we will require the delivery date and address from you. Your Hire Controller will then confirm all details (defined by morning or afternoon), at which point you will also be advised of transport costs for your transaction.

Recognising the importance of minimal downtime, UK Forks has an unrivalled field service capability.

Every piece of equipment is scrupulously checked and maintained by our trained fitters prior to deliver. To ensure minimum downtime and maximum performance are acheived we operate a 56 day safety inspection and service plan once your machine is on site.

Should you require service, call 0800 123 101 and press 2. Our Service Controllers will then identify your machine within seconds and, in the event of a breakdown, an engineer will be on site promptly. If we can't fix the fault there and then, we will replace the equipment as soon as possible - normally within 24 hours.
