Construction company Bowmer and Kirkland has been appointed by Birmingham-based developers Stoford to commence work on the £75m, seven-acre 'All Saints' project. Estimated will eventually provide 1,000 jobs, the first phase of a new office scheme on the site of the former Sandwell Homes depot in West Bromwich is the first in the town for three decades. UK Forks hired a 25m rotational telehandler to the site once the ground work was completed. Training was also given on site once the machine was delivered.

The first phase of the scheme, which has been brought forward by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and Advantage West Midlands, is to build a new 75,000 sq ft office for BT designed by Birmingham-based Glenn Howells Architects.
